Insurance Policy:

At LifeSync Wellness, to effectively deliver our services and minimize barriers to medications assistance, we do not accept health insurance. Instead, we utilize a membership/concierge service that removes the complexities and restrictions associated with insurance. This allows us to streamline our processes and provide a seamless wellness journey.

Appointment Policy:

We are delighted to have you visit us at LifeSync Wellness. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, please kindly follow the arrival instructions outlined below: Arrive 5-10 Minutes Early: We kindly request that you arrive at our office 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to promptly get started with your session and ensures that we can maintain a timely schedule for all our clients.


Preparing Health Questionnaires and Consent Forms: To expedite your appointment and optimize our time together, we encourage you to fill out any necessary health questionnaires and consent forms prior to your visit. This will allow us to review your information and address any specific concerns promptly. 


Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to ensure that our other clients are not

inconvenienced. In such cases, the cancellation fee may still apply.

Parking

You are free to park in any unreserved spot in our parking lot. We strive to provide ample parking space for your convenience. Enter through the

  • Front Door: Please enter our office through the front door. This is the main entrance and will lead you to a small waiting area.
  • Closed Office Door: If you find that our office door is closed, it is likely that we are with a client. In this case, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. We have a small waiting area where you can comfortably wait until we become available. Rest assured that we will promptly attend to you as soon as we are ready.

Cancelation Policy:

At LifeSync Wellness, we strive to provide exceptional care and service to all our valued clients. We understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to maintain the availability of our services for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation within 24 hours: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and it is within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to your account. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with our talented staff and the reserved time slot that was specifically allocated for your appointment. Cancellation before 24 hours: We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to accommodate your request for cancellation or rescheduling before the 24-hour mark. No cancellation fee will be charged in these cases.
